The hotel's location is not ideal for skiers, as there is no ski, in or ski, out option. Guests must walk uphill and downhill for 200, 300m to the nearest ski lift. there is a free skibus available just 50m away that takes you to a Panorama gondola lift in 10, 12 minutes, which is a convenient alternative. the rooms offer a beautiful mountain view and have spacious balconies, along with big comfortable beds. the hotel also boasts a restaurant with delicious and varied food, and guests have their own table throughout their stay.

One minor drawback is that a waiter occasionally forgets orders and tends to ask It was good, no? repeatedly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, and I was pleasantly surprised when my room was upgraded to a family room. The breakfast menu was considerably rich, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the spa and wellness area with three saunas, were well-maintained. The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to the nearest ski lift, which made it convenient for skiing enthusiasts like myself.

A fantastic New Year's experience with a warm family at the hotel we stayed at. The staff was very hospitable with a great range of facilities. The room was equipped with a spacious bathroom and a picturesque balcony view of the beautiful surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the ski lifts, making it easy to access the slopes with little hassle. we loved the food served at the restaurant. The traditional taste was second to none with high-quality ingredients and extensive variety.

While our stay was perfect, we felt that the ski room was not optimally designed, with the boxes where the skis were kept sometimes leaking because of the melting snow. the WiFi signal could have been stronger in some areas of the hotel;

Fantastic vacation! Had a really enjoyable stay during my city trip. the hotel's location was perfect , in close proximity to the lifts; it was so easy to get around without having to use the car at all. the facilities were also top, notch. the children's playroom was well, equipped and kept the kids entertained for hours. I especially enjoyed the food. It was excellent, with plenty of variety and high, quality ingredients.

the ski room design could be improved , the boxes that hold the skis fill up with melting snow, which can be messy.
